Name: Hydrangea Village
Location: East Continent
Description: Hydrangea Village is less of a town and more of a settlement located directly in the middle of a main road in the northwestern part of East Continent. It is pretty much a normal city by most intents and purposes. There are shops, cafes, hotels, anything a traveler might need. However, there is one thing about Hydrangea Village that is rather unique. For several hundreds of years now, the settlement of Hydrangea Village has had a shadow cast over it in the form of a magical thunderstorm.
However, despite this being an issue in most other places, the residents of Hydrangea Village have learned to adapt and take advantage of the eternal electrical storms looming overhead. With lightning rod towers designed to store and contain electricity scattered throughout the village, people are almost completely safe from being electrocuted. Though there is the risk that some would attempt to climb a lightning rod tower as a test of bravery and thus, there is a group of organized villagers assigned to watch these towers and make sure no one touches them.
In the distance, along an unprotected stretch of side road atop a hill resides an old man said to be a master wizard. However, it is incredibly rare for him to accept guests due to his sheer dislike of most other people, including the locals and even other wizards. Because the old man is so masterful, some of the younger folks say that it is his doing that the magical thunderstorm hasn't ceased. Either way, the old man remains in his home positioned directly under a singular gigantic lightning rod tower attached to the house.
