~House and Ant

It was another common day at Sun Town. People were having fun, laughing, running, chatting all around Fierra. She somewhat liked the town and had gotten quite attached to it but she just couldn't sit on one spot doing nothing so she had headed towards place where she could get jobs and earn some money. She found the spot rather easily, there weren't a lot people crowding around there, maybe because most of the people in town were lazy or just having fun at current time of the day.

She walked up to the board and looked for different type of jobs posted up there. She found one rather suited for her, someone had to use fire magic in kitchen to help with cooking. Fierra tried to reach it but couldn't, it was too high so she decided to pick another one. After some time of looked she finally found a mission. She had to get one ant out of the house. 'Hmm... Looks easy. Guess I will take it.' thought Fierra. 'I am more suited for combat jobs anyways.' She grabbed the flier into her hands.

She started searching for the house. It was rather easy since all the directions were given on the flier. After some time she had finally reached the house, it looked rather neat and it seemed that rich man was living in there. She didn't think that there was anyone in so she just walked into the house. "Ant! Where are you?" shouted Fierra. She wanted the ant to come out so she could finish the job already.

The house seemed empty, but furniture was destroyed, doors were smashed through, and a perfectly fine table was crushed. Broken glass layered the floor, so Fierra would have to be careful. Large ant droppings littered the house, but it seemed to be empty. Where could the ant be if it wasn't in any of the lower levels.

Suddenly, the ceiling above her began to creak, as if something heavy was on it. A small clicking noise could also be heard. Then the sound of something banging on the ceiling echoed through the house, almost shaking it. It seemed the ant was upstairs, and it wasn't too happy someone had entered its new territory, or was it happy because food had finally arrived. Only one creature knew, and that was the ant itself.

The ceiling gave way to the pounding and the ant feel down, landing on the destroyed couch. It stared at her and turned its head to the side, clicking its mandibles together and staring at her as its feelers moved about.

Young mage looked around herself a little. Fierra got into battle position. "You are rather large for a bug." said Fierra trying to taunt it. She then proceeded, "You are about to get squashed by great Fierra." Young girl didn't mean it word from word because her feet wasn't nearly as big as the ant was. "Let's get started then, I am Fierra Tempest, Your opponent." Girl didn't plan on doing any more talking, it was time for battle.

Fierra moved backwards little since she is long ranged fighter. While moving she watched her feet so she wouldn't step on any glass. After being about 3 meters away from the ant she raised both her hands, pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns. She then turned her fingertips into flames and shot out several fire bullets towards different parts of ant's body.

The ant quickly turned and ran up along the wall and then along the sides of the walls till it wwas on the opposite side and on the ground. It looked at her curiously and then took a dresser in its mandibles. It jerked it head, and with amazing force, threw the dresser right at her.

Fierra was rather surprised about Ant's strength. She wanted to beat it up even more, showing it that she had some power aswell though. She wasn't going to try and stop the dresser though, that would have been foolish as Ant was most likely stronger that Fierra. She quickly jumped to the left, dodging the dresser. While in air she pointed her right hand's index and middle finger towards ant like gun and once again she shot fire bullets towards the ant.

The ant attempted to dodge, but it reared up in pain as its abdomen was charred. The smell of burnt hair filled the room and it started driving the ant insane. It picked up the broken couch and slung it at her, then started to do the same thing with any large objects it could get its mandibles on. Dust and smoke was quickly covering the room, hiding the ant from view.

This time Fierra dodged the throw item by dodging. The ant was probably aiming her head or mid section so it flew over her head. When another object was flying towards her she tried to dodge quickly aswell but she wasn't as successful as last time. She managed to get up and start moving to the left but the item was still about to hit her left hand. She quickly turned her hand into fire and item just flew trough her hand, making it burn. She then turned her hand back and kept on dodging the items that Ant threw towards her, sometimes firing fire bullets towards the spot where ant had been.

When the room was full of smoke, and hard to breath, the objects stopped flying and all went quiet. It was hard to tell where anything was in the smoke, and it would be feeling her lungs up making it hard to breath.

Meanwhile, the ant crawled up the wall and made its way toward her, using its feelers to find its way about. What will you do? Leave the house? Fire off randomly? Wait and listen while holding your breath? Or do something unexpected?

Fierra was in rather tight position. She couldn't handle lax of oxygen very well. 'What should I do?' thought Fierra while trying to come up with a plan. She was still able to breath but not very well, also the smell was terrible. She closed her eyes and slowly started thinking. After a few seconds she started running towards a door where she had came into. She opened it and let some smoke go out of the room, she was finally able to breath normally, her plan didn't end with that though. She turned herself towards the house, face to face with the smoke and then pointed her finger guns in random direction. She started shooting fire bullets, hoping to hit something and start a fire. Her idea was to smoke out the ant so she could fight with him in open space.

The ant began crashing around the house as the fire grew. It smashed against the walls, crawled over glass, its back caught on fire as it grew. It charged for the open door, but it got stuck. It kept pressing against the door, its head now an open target as it frantically tried getting away from the burning building. It probably shouldn't have eaten what was in the fridge... heh...

Fierra smiled as she pointed middle and index finger of both her hands towards ant's head like a gun. "Eat this." said Fierra while laughing. She turned her fingertips into fire and started shooting a lot of bullets towards Ant's head as fast as she could to finish the job quickly. She was watching just in case that she wasn't in Ant's mandibles' range.

The fire hit its mark. It blasted straight through the ant and out of the other side. Green liquid and guts and brain tissue shot out into the air. Some of it landed on and around Fierra. The ants body went limp and began to burn in the flames. An eye was on Fierra's cheek and a feeler was laying on her head. Some brain tissue had gone down her shirt and its blood slid down her body and stained her clothing.

Fierra was mad, "So you plan on irritating me to the very end?" asked Fierra with mad tone from the dead ant. "You Trash" said Freya while shooting one more bullet to it's head. He started wiping off the dirty stuff from her and her clothes, 'Damn that bug.' After some time she had gotten her clean, somewhat. Her clothes were still dirty but for now she didn't let that bother her. She jumped into house from one window and started looking the messy place. 'I was told to help myself with the reward so.' she started searching for the money. After some time she finally found it and took 100,000 Scales, she wanted to take more though but didn't. She felt little sorry for job giver since things what had happened with his house. After taking her reward money she slowly started walking away from the place, she didn't feel like cleaning.
